Cancellation: You can cancel an order before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp 9932481966 or email maitykaushik007@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under the policy below.
Returns and exchanges: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if: the item is unused, unwashed and has its tags and packaging; you received a wrong, damaged or defective item; or the size does not fit (exchange for another size, subject to stock).
Not accepted: items that have been worn, washed or altered, and items without tags.
Please note: Handloom and khadi sarees have natural variations in weave, slubs and small colour differences. These are features of handmade fabric, not defects. Colours may also look slightly different on different screens.
How to return: Message or email us with your order number, the item, and photos if it is damaged or defective. We confirm and arrange pickup, or share the return address. Please pack the item with its tags.
Return shipping: For wrong, damaged or defective items, we pay the return shipping. For size or change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping.
Refunds: After we receive and check the item, we approve the refund within 3 working days. The amount goes back to your original payment method (through Razorpay) and usually shows within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank. For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund by bank transfer or UPI. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the item was wrong or defective.
