Where we deliver: We deliver across India to all serviceable PIN codes. Enter your PIN code at checkout to check.
Processing time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 working days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time: Usually 4–7 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may take longer.
Shipping charges: Free on orders above ₹999. For smaller orders, a flat charge of ₹75 applies, shown at checkout.
Tracking: Once your order ships, we send the tracking details by WhatsApp and email. You can also use Track Order on our website.
Delivery problems: If a parcel is delayed, damaged or lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) at maitykaushik007@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9932481966. For damaged parcels, please send photos of the package and the product.
Cash on Delivery: Available on orders up to ₹2,000 in serviceable areas.
